Ms. Masterman's 7th grade and Ms' Lauzze's 8th grade classes created masks using scraps of matte board. They learned various techniques of scoring, bending, overlapping, and using tabs to create form. Their masks were inspired by masks of several contemporary artists. They then experimented with photography, using iPads to achieve different effects taking photos of themselves and each other wearing their masks. Below you will find examples of their final photos.
